  PAMELA S. WHITEHEART - Property Manager. Mrs. Whiteheart joined Magnolia Partners on May 1, 2003.  She has her North Carolina Broker’s License, and has performed clerical and administrative duties for the Property Management Office for the past 17 years at the 30-story building formally known as the home of Wachovia, now owned by Winston Tower Properties,  LLC.

  RICHARD C. LINK - Maintenance Technician. Mr. Link joined Magnolia Partners on May 1, 2003.  He has over 16 years experience in Industrial Refrigeration and heating systems as well as 5 years of servicing the Westinghouse   elevators at the 30-story building formally known as the home of Wachovia, now owned by Winston Tower Properties,  LLC.
  DONALD C. BOLICK - Maintenance Technician. Mr. Bolick joined Magnolia Partners on May 1, 2003.  He has over 25 years experience in electrical/general maintenance and is a licensed electrician in limited classification.  Mr.   Bolick has been in the electrical/maintenance field for the past 25 years at the 30-story building formally known as the home of Wachovia, now owned by Winston Tower Properties,  LLC.
  RODNEY N. JONES - Maintenance Technician. Mr. Jones joined Magnolia Partners on September 1, 2004.  He has 10 years experience in the construction industry, as well as the fields of electrical and plumbing. 
  ROBERT D. MOREHEAD - Maintenance Technician. Mr. Morehead joined Magnolia Partners in April, 2000 and joined Winston Tower in September, 2008.  Robert has 8 years experience in the electrical and plumbing fields.
