| LINDA H. McCORKLE - Asset Manager. Ms. McCorkle joined Magnolia Partners in June of 2001. Ms. McCorkle has over fifteen years experience and is a Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator and Past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management for the Piedmont Triad. Prior to joining Magnolia Partners Ms. McCorkle was a Senior Property Manager for Highwood's Properties and was responsible for a portfolio of 2.7 million square feet, including a fee managed property of 488,000 square feet for the Corporate Campus of Volvo Truck North America. |

WALLER - Director of Building Systems.
Mr. Waller joined Magnolia Partners in October of 2002. He
is responsible for all building systems and technical aspects
of One West Fourth Street. Mr. Waller has performed Commercial
and Industrial electrical construction for the past 23 years. Prior
to joining Magnolia Partners, he was a Foreman for Salem Electric
and assisted in the construction of the Magnolia Building. |

McRAE - General Maintenance Technician.
Mr. McRae joined Magnolia Partners in November of 2001. Mr.
McRae has performed general maintenance for the past 30 years. Prior
to joining us he was responsible for the 30-story building which formally was the home of Wachovia. |
